In 2002, a group of senior executives decided to come together and form Affinity Partners. We chose the name Affinity to reflect that we had walked in the client's shoes and experienced the same types of pressures, successes and failures that the client experienced.
The objective of our partnership is to help companies achieve their business objectives in the areas of strategy implementation, operations improvement and new product development. We have followed the premise that we work with the client as an integral member of the client team to attain success.
In so doing, we provide unbiased and challenging views as we work toward our objectives. We also provide the client with a methodology that they self perpetuate when we leave after a successful engagement.
